HSP Membership

HSP is an organization dedicated to professionals in health-related services. HSP is dedicated to educate, promote peer relations, motivate professional growth and provide current information regarding community resources. Dues are used only for the promotion of and purposes of the organization, and are not used to generate any profit

Membership Benefits and Information

HSP East Valley Members and Prospective Members, it is time to renew your HSP Membership.  Membership Application forms are available at every HSP Meeting.

• $35.00 Annual Fee for individuals - 1 representative from a company. 
• $50.00 Annual Fee for 2 or 3 individuals or representatives from a single company. Also known as the Corporate Membership.
